It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
We offer Free Ground Shipping on every order or you can request Overnight or Expedited shipping to get Loops to you even sooner.

Processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed before 1pm EST will be processed same day. Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number so you know it's on the way!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. (Returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.). If you wish to return your items please follow the following process:

We will not accept any return without a return authorization. * We will provide you with a return shipping address. It will require you to return the item at your own expense. * Please return your items by placing a copy of the return authorization with merchandise inside of a plastic bag and place inside the shipping box. * For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 5-10 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. * We will refund you in the original payment method with the full amount of the purchase.

None of our ingredients are known to have harmful effects when used during pregnancy.
A little serum coming out of the mask in transit is normal. The recyclable tray is there to catch it, and the mask should still be perfectly potent.
Sadly, hydrogel masks won't stick to facial hair. But don't worry! Stubbly or bearded Loops users can always use the top half of the mask. And if you want to use the full mask, lie down for ten minutes and let the serum do its thing.
