When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
What forms of payment can I use?
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, ApplePay, Paypal, and Amazon Pay. Unfortunately we don't accept checks, cash or money orders. You can also us a Loops Gift Card to pay for your order.
What can I do if my payment is declined?
Check that your card’s billing details match what you’ve entered into our system or try using a different form of payment.
Shipping
How long will it take to get my order?
Processing your order takes 2 to 3 business days. Then one of our carriers takes it from there. We will send you a shipment notification email with a tracking number so you can follow your order on its way to your waiting hands.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What are my shipping options?
We offer Free Ground Shipping on every order $40 and above, or you can request Overnight or Expedited shipping to get LOOPS to you even sooner.
Where does LOOPS Ship?
LOOPS currently ships to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Canada, the UK, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, and Australia. We're working on bringing Loops everywhere around the world. Tag us @loopsbeauty to let us know where you live!
When will my order go out?
Processing takes 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed before 1pm EST will be processed the next day. Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number so you know it's on the way!
I am having tracking issues. What should I do?
Contact help@loopsbeauty.com and we'll help find out what happened. If the problem's with one of our shipping partners, we'll connect you to help you find your order.
How can I edit my shipping address?
You can edit your shipping info by logging in to your LOOPS account on our site.
Returns
Can I return my product?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. (Returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.). If you wish to return your items please follow the following process:
* Just email us directly at help@loopsbeauty.com and we’ll issue a return authorization. We will not accept any return without a return authorization.
* We will provide you with a return shipping address. It will require you to return the item at your own expense.
* Please return your items by placing a copy of the return authorization with merchandise inside of a plastic bag and place inside the shipping box.
* For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 5-10 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
* We will refund you in the original payment method with the full amount of the purchase.

What do I do if I receive the wrong stuff?
If you didn't get exactly what you ordered let us know ASAP at help@loopsbeauty.com and we'll sort things out right away.
How do I return or exchange an order?
If you'd like to return your order please reach out to help@loopsbeauty.com and we'll start the process. Unfortunately we can't accept exchanges.

How do I check the status of my order?
You'll receive tracking information via email and your order history will be available in your Loops account.
How do I use a promo code?
So you got a promo code! Just look for a field at checkout and enter it right in. One code can be used per order.
My order's damaged or defective. Help!
If your order's damaged or defective contact us help@loopsbeauty.com. Send us pictures and we'll figure out how to make it right.
What do I do if my order never came?
Please reach out to us via help@loopsbeauty.com and we'll try to demystify the situation.

How do I dispose of my masks and packaging?
When you're done you can compost the mask, recycle the film, and dispose of the outside packaging in the trash.
What skin types are LOOPS good for?
We formulate LOOPS to work with all skin types, so no one's left out.
Do LOOPS go bad?
LOOPS last for three years from the time they're made. You'll find an expiration date printed on the packaging.
Is LOOPS a sustainable brand?
We're always looking for ways to reduce our footprint on the planet. We constantly refine our product development with sustainability as the goal. Please check our Responsibility statement to hear about what we're up to.
Are LOOPS cruelty-free?
All our masks are cruelty free. Weekly Reset is not vegan, which contains honey extract.
Are LOOPS safe for pregnancy?
None of our ingredients are known to have harmful effects when used during pregnancy.
Will the mask stick to facial hair?
Sadly, hydrogel masks won't stick to facial hair. But don't worry! Stubbly or bearded Loops users can always use the top half of the mask. And if you want to use the full mask, lie down for ten minutes and let the serum do its thing.
Do LOOPS play well with other skin care products?
Yes! LOOPS is designed to fit into the life you're already living. Whether your approach to skincare is intricate or minimal, we're flexible. Our Korean Hydrogel proves to be more efficacious due to the active penetration of key ingredients.
Can I use LOOPS everyday?
Of course! Use LOOPS as often as the right moment arises.
Can I leave LOOPS on longer than the 10 minute recommended time?
Suggested use for LOOPS is 10 minutes but you can leave it on for longer if you wanna :)
Can I purchase LOOPS in stores?
LOOPS is IRL at Target, CVS, Mecca, and other retailers. Check our store locator for the closest store near you.
